Offistable provides fully private, lockable office cabins — not shared desks or open floors. Unlike coworking spaces, every cabin at Offistable is exclusively yours. There are no shared workstations, no strangers walking through your space, and no open-plan distractions. Think of it as your own office, with the flexibility of a serviced workspace and no long-term lease commitment.

Offistable is at AMG Towers, 28 Lawyer Jagannathan Street, Alandur, Guindy, Chennai 600016 — one of Chennai's most connected commercial addresses, next to the Kathipara flyover, between Alandur and Guindy metro stations, and 10 minutes from Chennai International Airport.

Offistable has 20 fully private office cabins across two floors at AMG Towers, Guindy. Ground floor cabins: A-01 (12 seats), A-02 (27 seats), A-03 (12 seats), B-01 (13 seats), B-02, B-03 (12 seats each), B-04 (16 seats), C-01 (7 seats), C-02 (15 seats), C-03 (21 seats), C-04 (12 seats). First floor cabins: D-01, D-03 (9 seats each), D-02 (8 seats), E-01 (13 seats), E-02 to E-05 (12 seats each), E-06 (16 seats).

Yes. Offistable offers flexible daily, weekly, and monthly plans for private cabins. There is no requirement for a long lease or large advance payment. You can scale your space up or down as your business needs change.

Yes. Complimentary car parking, unlimited two-wheeler parking, and valet service are all available at AMG Towers. Parking is included in all cabin plans.

Yes. Offistable's virtual office plan includes use of the AMG Towers, Guindy address for GST registration, company incorporation, official filings, and client correspondence. Professional mail handling and forwarding is included.

Offistable has 9 meeting and conference rooms — 3 on the ground floor (Conference 1 at 14 seats, Conference 2 at 12 seats, Discussion Room) and 6 on the first floor (F-01 at 4 seats, F-02 at 13 seats, F-03 at 5 seats, F-04 at 13 seats, F-05 at 4 seats, F-06 at 12 seats). All are bookable by the hour.
